If your interested EPO package service 1 in creating a new Will we at e-probateonline can help. Our Will Writing experts can come and visit you direct and help start by building a Will to suit your wishes regarding your estate.

Once we have an idea of how you want your estate to be distrubuted, our experts then start to build your Will in the way you desire. The final copy of the Will can then be drawn up and ready for you to review and sign. Your Valid Will is then issued to yourself for safe keeping.

We also offer a service in which the Will can be lodge at the probate office for you to access at any point or your executors when you pass away. Interested please contact us via the phone link.

EPO package service 2. This service involves e-Probateonline completing your probate forms in order for you to obtain the Grant of Representation.

e-Probateonline can either send you a basic customer pack for you to inform us of the deceaseds assets. Alternatively you can request a phone appointment, we will then gather the deceased's details over the phone usually taking 15 -30 mins depending on the estate.

Once we have gathered the information, we can then process the deceased's probate forms (usually in 2-3 days).

e-Probateonline will then prepare and submit the Probate application, to the registry of your choice to attend the Probate interview.

EPO package service 3. This service has been created to offer clients applying for probate a chance to create Will and obtain grant of representation.

It is very common for clients to write a Will once they have lost a spouse or civil partner. The reason for this is to avoid possible future Inheritance Tax, as they will lose the right to claim spouse or civil partner exemption.

This combined service will allow for a reduced price rather than doing each service seperately.
